What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Do you have access to a landline phone or another carrier’s phone to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and report the issue? Are you getting any signal at all like 3G or 1xRTT?

i have been in contact with CS through Twitter & they have confirmed there is an outage in my area. And I see that my neighbors have also reported the same issue. No signal at all. Phone says “No service”.
