No service for over a week in rural location

Starting May 22nd, I cannot receive calls in our house located in a rural area on fry road zip code 21755.

I put in a support ticket and have heard nothing. Its been over a week now with inability to receive or make calls. I work from home so this is a huge issue. We used to have fantastic service with data up to 6mbps (seems slow, but for our location is great)

It isnt just my cell, we tried 3 different cell phones from different accounts. All have the same issue.

What does it take to get verizon to respond to the request?

All we need to know is whether there is a known issue, and when they are fixing it.

If they don't know, what are they going to do to resolve it?

If I don't get it fixed within a few days we are going to have to switch companies. (this is insane!!!)

I just can't believe the communication with customer service is so awful!

Anyone have that issue- and what did you do to get their response?
