No service in coverage area of Gulf Shores, AL

When will there be a new tower or a solution for the area West of Hwy59 and Oak Rd in Gulf Shores? This area is growing and we are in a large growing neighborhood with only 1 bar or less of service. We are unable to use our mobile phones at hour home even though Verizon shows we are in a covered area.

I am new to the area, just moved here. Neighbors and everyone that I meet has the same issue.
