Paid past due bill(April) on June 5.....even tho I signed up for COVID late payment relief. Service was not restored, and I received notifications that I still had a past due amount, even tho the next bill still isn’t even due yet.
I paid it early, and still do not have service even tho there’s a clear message that service will be restored upon payment. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve had phone service.
If you paid April, that still leaves May...
Which isn’t due until 6/20 but is paid.
We definitely understand the need to have use of your service. When an account is suspended due to payment issues, you will need to contact our Financial Services department directly at 1-866-266-1445 for assistance with restoring your account.
