franklin, I see that the outage alert for the Michigan area has been closed out. If you are still experiencing issues, then it is vital that we get your services up and running again. What is the intersection and zip code that you are having the issue? What service (call/text/data) is impacted? What is your current signal indicator? How are the services of other Verizon users or others on your account functioning in the same area?
