This is not a phone-specific issue -- it's a problem for ALL Verizon customers.

Service has been weak or non-existent for a couple of days now.

When will this be fixed?

We understand it is important to have reliable service, Costero. I was able to review the area, and we do not have any reported outages or network alerts for Florence, OR. You mentioned this began a couple of days ago, are you having issues mostly with calls, texts, or data? Also, has this happened previously?
