My service has been working just fine since December 1 and now I'm done to one bar and a signal of -109 Dbm 34 asu. I want to know why? I just repaid my bill and my phone can barely make calls and now is dropping them all the time. I have done all the necessary troubleshooting and updates. I'm very frustrated to pay for services and it not even work. I've been using Verizon for quite a while now and am very disappointed. This Change happened within the last week.
