Im getting very irritated at you Verizon, for the past 3 nights at exactly 11 PM until exactly 5 AM my service has gone out completely. I once or twice during that 6 hour period managed to get 1 bar of 3g for about 10 seconds. What the !@#$ is going on? Why am I paying more than I did with any other company I have ever had if I cant even get consistent service? The online chat never works, I have no signal to be able to call, and the customer support email address is conveniently absent from the contact page. Someone needs to fix this. Like now.
