I am not able to reach Verizion wireless customer support for last 2 days over phone and chat. When I went to store, store is asking me to check with support!
Same problem. They baited me into signing up with promises of gift cards I'm not getting. I've tried for DAYS to reach someone. I get to 35+ minutes hold and give up. Chat is no better. I really don't have time to sit staring at a chat window that never loads a human being. The ridiculous $300+/month I pay obviously doesn't go to hiring people to help their customers. I won't be staying with this company.
