I have had Verizon for years and always got great service. Now it's terrible. I cut out all the time and I never used to. They tried telling me I needed to get a new phone! Why so they can make more money and I will still get terrible service! My dad is not getting good service anymore either. I have friends that are not getting good service anymore. Does Verizon think we ALL need new phones?! There has to be something they are not telling us. It's not a coincidence that so many people are getting terrible service and never used to. I am so angry! I pay 70 dollars a month to get terrible service! They need to fix this!!

People make babies, babies grow up, grown ups get phones and load the tower more. There's no conspiracies.
You're welcome to try new carriers to see how that goes. Certain phone models are no longer going to work anyway once the network is upgraded to 5G.

AJA84,
This is never something we like to see. We truly believe that you deserve exceptional service. We're here to restore that. Our network continues to be the best in the US and it disappoints us to hear that you haven't been experiencing that. What specifically is happening with your service? What zip code is this happening in? Is this happening everywhere you go?

I can say VZW VoLTE service in Syracuse, NY 13210 is pretty bad. Many dropped calls. Far worse than previous CDMA service.
