Why does my mail always say "you have no unread messages" when actually I do?

What email service do you have? How are you accessing your email? What app and on what device?
are all the accounts on the phone?
Roge61, I can certainly understand how confusing it may be to receive conflicting notifications on your phone. Help is here. As other community members stated, can you confirm the email service and email app that you are using? When did this start to begin?
