ONEPLUS 8 wifi calling

We have a Oneplus 8. We bought it direct from Oneplus. How does one activated wifi calling? 

I was told that something was being done about it by Verizon last year, still nothing.

SIM unlocked phones purchased from the manufacturer may not be able to utilize Wi-Fi calling on the Verizon Wireless network. The Wi-Fi calling feature is an exclusive option for Verizon Wireless branded phones.

How come I cannot use wifi calling on my One Plus 8 5G? I could use it the day I switched over why is this button disabled?? If cannot fix this issue I will leave Verizon and never look back.

Also, my visual voicemail quit working and won't work and no one will help me. Tech support hung up on me. Service is terrible. Fix these issues or I am gone. I will wait for response on 10/25/2022 or you have lost my business.
