Once again, very disappointed!!!!

Once again I am very disappointed with Verizon!!!!  Not only is it breaking my bank, but it consumes hours of my time every time I have to call. They always suggest doing things on line on their site which I do, but find it very confusing and what I think is right is wrong and costing me even more money.  Then to find out when I call to see why they tell me they have taken care of it, it's on my account but I need to call back when I get my bill to take care of it! REALLY!!? Now I will waste even more time on the phone!!!!!  If I didn't have kids and contracts I would leave Verizon in a heartbeat!!!!!! Soon soon soon!!!!!  Verizon has been an unneeded stress in our families lives!!!!!!
