I closed a FIOS account and opened a new one. My One Verizon ID is still connected to the old closed account even after I changed my email and removed the mobile number from it. This is keeping me from setting up the One Verizon ID with my new FIOS account. From doing some searching it seems that you cannot do this on your own and you have to find a capable person at Verizon to submit an internal ticket for you. I have now been on 8 different chats where no one has been able to help me. I'm missing out on discounts and this is incredibly frustrating.
