There is one particular number that frequently, but not always, yields the message "number cannot be completed as dialed." The folks at the destination number report that many, many Verizon customers (but not AT&T) have this issue (the destination is a land-line). How and where do I report this (other than here) to get someone from Verizon to figure out what's going on? Thanks!
