So I ordered a new phone yesterday. I was told (live chat) online that I could use the Verizon edge. Go to checkout and cannot do so. I was informed to call and do it over the phone. I do so. I was told then not eligible on their end but they have records showing I was told I was eligible online. So Verizon has me go through all the steps over the phone and are waiting on supervisor to sign off. I get transferred. Now I have to go through all of this again. Okay whatever. Both times I had went through all steps. I even had given delivery address and credit card information. I paid for priority delivery. Well they used the wrong address and there was no one there. Probably a good reason for the delivery address since I am 1200 miles away. So now I have to call Verizon again to have them change the delivery address. How about that. This has been the worst thing I have every had to deal with and I came to Verizon from Sprint. I would so much rather deal with Sprint and their customer service.
