So two days ago I was on the phone with verizon and they upgraded my phone with the signing of a new contract and they had to use a different card because the option to charge my bill wasnt highlighted. I gave them my credit card info and they said it should be shipped as of yesterday, and should be here after the weekend. Well, I figured when they shipped it, it would charge my card but it hasnt been. Here's the thing...the card I gave them is a prepaid card that has more than enough for the phone, but Im not sure if itll cancel it because its a prepaid credit card? I know some places cant accept payments from a prepaid credit card...
Anyone have any ideas?
What phone did you order, it may be backordered.
