hello so i orderd a lg lucid 3 and i now have 2 order #s

the first one gives me no information excpt a location code which i have no idea what that is and the secound one says "your order is still in processing and tracking information will be avalable soon." Yes i picked 2 day shipping so i should have got tracking information already.
