Wait, I seem to remember some people saying they can't see the discount option if they are using an Adblocker. Try a different browser and see if that helps!

I see a "Get Discount" button but when I click I see this:
We are unable to process your request online at this time. Please contact Customer Service at 800-922-0204, or dial *611+SEND from your Verizon Wireless phone.
I chatted with a representative, but as always, he seemed clueless. I will try few days later and then call that number.

Assuming the line meets all of these conditions:
1) is a smartphone (not avail for basic phs)
2) is on the MoreEverything plan
3) is off-contract
The FEATURE you are looking to add is called Month-to-Month Discount (or something like that) . Or call customer care and ask them to add the discount

Sometimes you can't change features if you have an open order or pending change associated with the account.
