My phone is in roaming and data won't work. Been like this all day, is there an outage. I have no way to get to a verizon store or to a landline, please advise, need my phone!

Last week it hit the surrounding areas but not here. My phone just started to do this when I woke up. My neighbor has verizon and heres is doing the same.
