I'm trying to report an outages my phone has not worked all day. We do not have a landline in our house.

I sent a fb message to Verizon customer service and have tried unsuccessfully to locate any news of an outage.  I have been unable to make/receive phone calls and texts all morning.  My wireless internet is working fine.  Also, even though I am a member of this community, it would not allow me to post as a new discussion.  Please help!!!

Reliable service is definitely important JWIL94. I rely on my phone for everyday use so I understand how upsetting this is for you. What happens when you try placing a call or sending a text? Where are you located (zip)? What phone do you have?

Same problem in Mpls with the droids. My husband's old flip phone does have service.
