Parental controls

I recently added parental controls to my teenagers phone. Is it possible to set the restriction in a way that once the person reaches their allowed minutes/month, that no calls can be made or received, accept on free nights/weekends?  What about a way to monitor or actually see what kinds of text messages are being sent/received?  Thanks!

It's been a while since I read up on this, but I don't think you can put a cap on the minute usage. All you can do is set up an alert so you're notified when the teen hits a certain number of minutes. As for the text messages, you can see the date/time, but not the content. Just go online to your account and you can see the messaging history.

i did my daughters phone. i went and reset the password. and hang on let me get her phone.  YES U CAN ..go into security put a code only you know. go to restrictions and do your thing there. same with messages. in coming or out going . restrictions for contacts only.
