Hi! My account is showing a 146.95$ past due balance that has been “rolling over” for a few months now according to all the customer service representatives I’ve been in contact with, but the balance just appeared on my account a week ago. Today is Wednesday 23rd, December, 2020. I cannot track the source of this unpaid balance, as far as I can see on my Verizon payment history and my personal bank account, all payments have been made fully and even your representative cannot track down where I missed the payment, but they all agreed that I have to pay for it. I spent over 5 hours today texting back and forth with a live agent who was of no help at all and when I finally got a real, living, talking human being on the phone, I was given the P.o. box address to get in contact with the Correspondence Team because nobody has access to this information but them.
My service got interrupted because of this balance two days ago. I called customer service and after a pointless conversation with a representative that was mocking me over the phone, I was put on hold and then the call got disconnected and my service was up and running after. Today I called again to follow up, since the amount is still showing on my account, and was told if I don’t pay the 146.95$ my service will get interrupted again.
