My bill is due, and I can't pay the total due by the required date. I just got a message saying I need to pay or my service will be shutoff. I can pay half the bill today, and the remainder of it at the end of next week. Is there any hope to get a payment arraingement made to keep my service going?

I would just call and ask. This is for the most part a customer forum.

You can set up payment arrangements, just call financial services. The number for financial services is 1-866-266-1445. Hope this helps!

I would do as what Budone mentioned Call to be for sure! or if you want to do this By phone.. Once you get to a Live Rep. ask to be Forwarded to Financial Services...
