9/26/2022: I have the same problem that the previous writer has. I mailed my payment on September 12, 2022. We had the post office "date stamp" my payment" and Verizon is saying I missed my due date of 9/23/2022. I called Verizon and got a CSR after a 10 minute wait that had a baby crying in the background? All she did was open a missing payment case. The next day I was emailed a request for a copy of my cancelled check. That's NOT the problem. The problem is, Verizon is NOT POSTING my payment in a timely manner. At this point I would not be surprised if Verizon through my payment in the garbage rather than post my payment after the due date. We have been a customer for 26 years and that doesn't seem to mean anything. We pay all of our bills by check, including our mortgage and we don't have this problem with anyone else. The USPS does a fine job delivering all of our other bills. Is anyone else having the same problem??
