I just found out today that my electronic payment was returned due to insufficient funds.  How long will I have to take care of this payment before my services are disconnected?

That would be a question better suited for our Financial Service team. They will be in the office tomorrow  (Monday) at 866.266.1445.

If you pay your bill forward every month and never let it turn into past due balance you have more than ample time to make the payment. Hope everything works out!
