Pending order error

I am trying to upgrade 3 lines on the account. I keep getting the pending order error blocking me from upgrading. I spent hours on the phone and chat today trying to get it removed and spoke with numerous agents who had no clue what to do. This has been going on for over a week . I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Thinking about switching carriers!
