I returned the Edge 7 in August 2017 because it had no signal at my house. In March, 2018, I realized that monthly payments for this phone were still being added to my bill. I have talked to Customer Service MULTIPLE times, and the conversation always ends with, "This transaction is being investigated." When $364.32 (the balance due) on the phone was taken off the payment plan, but CHARGED to my account in May, 2018.
Long story short---I have been charged over $700 for an unused phone.
I need advice on what to do to have this rectified.
