Seriously --- I know you want to steer people to the chat, but calling 3x in last few days and waiting over 10min as my issues are more complex than what can be handled in a chat. Anything longer than a few minutes should be considered an issue --- and the system should say the estimated wait time. Ugh

The more people wasting time calling in for small things that can be solved online, the longer people with complex problems wait.
Verizon closing centers over the years is a sign they aren't going to stop pushing self serve. Outside of a genuine error or a disconnect, there is little reason anyone should be calling their carrier.
