For the last 10 days every member of the household with Verizon and also other neighbors have experienced poor coverage. Calls are going straight to VM. I went through all the troubleshoot on my phone and nothing has been helpful. Customer support has done nothing to help. Can anyone assist?
Let's see to it that we turn this around. Those 12 days without service would have me reaching out as well. To build back service, is Wi-fi available? If so, does w-Fi calling at the very least allow incoming calls?
