Poor Coverage Shallotte NC 28470

AT&T or AT&T based prepaid services work well here. Verizion did up until about 5 years ago. Are there any plans to upgrade tower equipment (RRU's, Antennas, ETC)? We have multiple other companies (T-Moblie, Dish Wireless, US Cellular) applying for upgrades to their tower space. I'm a Building Inspector so I see the plans weekly. I do not want to switch carriers, but my service is terrible when it has not always been that way.
