Poor Customer Service

I thought we are the best part of Verizon. That is certainly what I have been told over the decade and a half I have had service with Verizon. Black Friday was a total scam. Went to the store to purchase the Apple X, and they ran out. I was told by the verizon store associate "you can order it over the phone." Waited on hold and was told "of course I could order the phone for you, the sale is for the entire weekend." She asked which color and Gigabites, I told her no preference whichever is available. She asked me to hold on and came back and told me they were backordered and there would be a delay with shipment of my order. I told her that was fine, I could wait. She asked me to hold again and came back and told me they sold out. I asked if there were any other offers the could give me for the Iphone 8 plus instead and she offered no other compensation. Maybe it is time to switch providers after all these years. No customer loyalty!!!

Last year's model and Apple not making any more equals limited stock.

It's a sale for limited stock. You may as well be blaming all the customers who ordered before you.
