Poor Customer Service

Returned a phone back in Oct of 2014. Been waiting for a credit of $325. Called in over a dozen times. Numerous tickets filed and promises that they will fix my account. My phone gets suspended every month because a past due amount that I'm not responsible for. After almost 6 years of service I'm ready just to terminate my lines because I really feel I have no other options anymore. What a headache this has been. I'm not sure what else I can do?!

6 years is a long time and we would hate for you to leave us. I am sorry to learn that this has been an on going issue. I would like to take a closer look into the account to see what is going on. I will be sending you a private message so that we can gain further information.
