***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Poor Service and Business Support

I’ve been a Verizon wireless customer for over 12 years and have seen nothing but degradation in the service and support for business. I’ve spent two days and a half a dozen people including a couple of call-center managers to add some Data to my Line And work on a few issues and they’ve done nothing but lie and even went as far as giving me an escalation manager phone number that I can call and then ended up being some poor blockhead they had nothing to do with Verizon. This is crazy and maybe it’s time to move my business over to another carrier that has realistic customer service.

I continue to be disappointed and the lack of caring for small businesses.
