Poor Signal at New Residence

I just signed up for Verizon only to find that I only get 1 bar at my home, about 2mbps download and less than 1mbps upload. Verizon confirms that I'm in a dead zone so I would like to return my phone and cancel my service. There are still 5 devices on the plan, but at my daughter's house.

How do I go about starting a return?
