I just got a new iPhone XR last week. The phone is great but the service is not. I drop calls all over Las Vegas and at my office. Texts are slow to send, can't connect to the internet, or any of my apps. There is no available WiFi for me to connect a nexwork extender. What can I do??

Getting a new phone is always exciting, joanndelellis, and having signal issues is never ideal. I am happy to assist. What is the zip code and the nearest intersection of the trouble area? Do you know of any other Verizon users that are experiencing the same issues? GregL_VZW

The zipcode is 89118 and cross streets are Warm Springs and Lindell. Nobody else in the office uses Verizon, so I can't answer if anybody else is having issues.

Those details help and, I'm sorry you're experiencing problems. Let's dive a bit deeper into this for you. To clarify, is this indoors/outdoors? When exactly did this begin? How far away from this area do you need to travel before you see an increase in your service
