Have been noticing very low signal on our devices in the last couple of months. Chatted with rep today only to be told that they are looking into problems but! they could sell me devices that would help me with MY problem. I remember the last time this happened a couple of years ago when they finally told me to look elsewhere for service. We did and went with AT&T and were happy with them till they raised their prices when the contract was over. Here we go again!
