I work in Salisbury, NC on Grace Church Rd. Service is very bad. When I drive home to Mooresville, NC I can't even stream music all of the way home. I can't make a phone call when I leave work because it will drop.
When I had AT&T, service was good in this area. (I may switch back to AT&T).
Also, this is a problem for everyone that works here and is on Verizon.
Please do not tell me to restart my phone. My coworkers have Apple, Samsung, and Google phones. None of them work and all have been restarted.
The one thing you do worry about is that I have paid my bill.

you're not in a big metropolitan area & verizon only has so many towers.
the best service you'll ever see from verizon is 5-12mbps & can be much slower.
