Having issues (seem to be getting worse...) with connectivity of my Kyocera Duraforce Pro (Android) phone. Like the phone, like the features, but it generally does no good if unable to connect. Connectivity map shows solid red for this entire area - why am I often down to 1 bar, and dropping from 4G to 3G regardless of location?
We want to make sure you are getting the best service every day. With regard to your phone when did you start having issue? Are there others experiencing the same issues?
