I recently switched from At&t because of better coverage, BUT even though my home area shows to be in a coverage area for Verizon, the data is extremely slow. Zip code 76249. It’s so poor I’m considering switching back to at&t since I depend on coverage for business
DMP500, we would never want you to feel inclined to leave us! I would be more than happy to take a better look into your area. Is this only happening with your mobile data speeds? How are your calls and text messages?
Do you know which data plan you are on? This could also be a reason for slower speeds.
