Hello, TXRNCandice. After checking those areas, I was not seeing any current network disruption alerts, and am seeing a few areas that are currently not covered, but you should be receiving good service for the majority of areas. You should have received a Private Note from us. Please reply there, so we can start looking further into this service issue.

I have checked out the area in which you question. It is in a 4g area, and there are spots where there is no service at all. You can check your coverage by utilizing the VZW.com/coveragemap. *Rhonda

With this many people voicing that they don’t have service at all, I think it should be becoming quite clear that the map is not at all accurate. Yes, it shows some dead spots, but we are telling you that there isn’t any service. Could you please send an engineer out to investigate?

To the entire verizon team: The issue is poor service in 83871. You can help by improving the service. Everyone responding to this thread is from the same zip code, a zip code that (according to your coverage map) should have pretty great LTE service. This is absolutely not the case. Yes, there are some dead spots on the map for our town, but in reality Verizon customers seem to be getting the opposite of what is depicted. About 95% of the town does not get service and a select few (probably those living on top of a hill in the perfect spot) are OK. The region is extremely hilly and the majority of Troy residents live near "downtown", which is in a small valley. No one in this area gets service.
People have stated that they would switch to Verizon if the service improved while others have had to switch providers to get better service. Please have someone come to the area on foot to test and make a plan to improve service.

Same here. Roaming in Troy and most of the time in Moscow. Horrible coverage, dropped calls and failed text messages. Fix this please.
