Poor customer service

I tried to upgrade one of my line and it was sent to the wrong address. I called Verizon customer service and I was told it would be rerouted to the correct address. After a week, I called again then I was told that because of Baltimore incidence, the shipment would be delayed. So again,I waited for another week then I called the customer service again. I am again was told that it was returned to where it came from then I would need to do an upgrade online and reorder again. It was very frustrating but it was just the beginning. I told them to just cancel and I want my refund. I was told that I would get refunded within 7-10 days. Three weeks after I have not gotten a refund. I called customer service again and the lady I spoke to told me that she is filling up a form so I could get my refund within 7-10 days. I am really disappointed with Verizon customer service. Each agent tells me different information!
