I'm lodging a complaint of a poor signal in the Alta Sierra area. I'm concerned that when fire season starts again and we loose power and internet (WiFi signal on phone turned on) that the poor cell signal that we have now goes down to hit and miss. This is a safety issue and Verizon needs to improve on it's service. We pay for good service, we do not get it.
