Poor reception after 20 years.

After 20 years with Verizon. Reception in my home became very poor.

after 4 phone call I get a response that i am in a poor coverage area and there

is nothing they can do but I can pay for their booster if I want. ( 20 years of good reception??)

We can see where 20 years of loyalty gets you.

Verizon gets to loose how much money when I switch to a new carrier..

Great business choice Verizon..

same - after 10 years, i now get 2 - 3 bars when i used to get 5 solid (NYC!! and upstate putnam co.)

Did you ever think that something was built in between your home and the tower that is effecting your reception? VZW (or any carrier for that matter) has never and will never guarantee reception inside of ANY structure.
