I get poor cell reception at my home. 2 bars ever, inside or outside. I refuse to buy another piece of equipment from this company when I have paid over $250 a month for 15 years or more. Getting ready to shop around unless something can be done.

With the 2 bars of service, what services are impacted? (calls, text, data) To confirm, does the issue with service occur only at home or does it also occur when you are away from home?
