Area is the western half of Conway, SC. Problems are:
1- incoming calls don’t complete
2- call quality is poor, garbled, gaps in conversation
3- only LTE with two bars and apps don’t start or they fail when entering the area.
This area is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Verizon should want to have service that would entice customers, not turn them away.
Im annoyed that I’m paying for unlimited data in an area where it hardly works.
