I live in Southeast Kansas, a year ago I had five Bars of service everywhere I went, but eight months ago that changed to one bar, now I can hardly keep a call. Can anyone tell me why my service has gone from five hours to one. Have called Verizon over a dozen times and just get all kinds of run around
