Been a Verizon customer for 15+ years. The rates keep going up and the service gets worse. I have 1 bar of service at home. I live close to 2 towers. Calls are dropped or cut out,  texts with pictures lag to send. My phone is almost paid off, so guaranteed it’s starting to have issues. What’s the deal?

How far do you have to travel to see improvements in service?  Please confirm your city and state.

I know it’s so frustrating ever since this 5g 

which I never get and at home I rarely can use my phone 

the service is worse than anything we ever had 

were counting down until two more phones are paid off and were out 

I may even have to default as I can’t afford 250 for 2 phones any longer 

phones that barely work it’s not right at all, it’s like we’re basically being robbed for a service we’re not getting even 25% of the time
