While that’s what im concerned about it is not what i was asking..not at all. I was told to contact about an investigation into why after porting my number out and back in *within the same billing period* why my plan was changed to begin with (making me ineligible for the discount.)

Telling me ‘it’s too late now’ and ‘plans change’ Isn’t an investigation into this matter...it’s a dismissal. I’ve been trying to get assistance every single month for the last six months and i was told to wait and wait and wait now I’m told it’s too late? Somebody made a mistake and didn’t attach my reactivation to my existing account and I get to pay for their mistake every month?
