My prepaid plan should be good through 9/15 but it's not counting that? I have a prepaid phone and it's paid through 9/15, but the plan is not added to my account. Th MyVerizon website says plan good for 30 days, but I get a message saying insufficient funds whenever I try to text or call. There has also been no data added to my account.
